Incheon Airport has two Transit Hotel branches: T1 on 4F near Gate 11 and T2 on 4F in the Gate 251/252 area. Both are airside in the duty-free and transfer zone. There is no Transit Hotel in the Concourse.
Use one only if you have a valid onward flight, can remain in the secure transfer area and do not need to collect checked baggage at ICN. Book the branch for your onward flight's terminal, not the terminal where you land. Confirm that terminal in IIAC's live departures search and with the operating airline.
Walkerhill currently lists a Standard room at ₩90,000 for 6 hours, ₩180,000 for 12 hours or ₩220,000 for 16 to 24 hours, including tax. Confirm the final total for your dates, stay length and room before paying.

Walkerhill's current FAQ contradicts itself on international-to-domestic connections and on leaving then re-entering the secure area. The booking notice is stricter: it tells guests to have an onward flight, avoid immigration and have no checked bag to collect. Use that stricter rule for planning.
If your route requires immigration, check the Korea Visa Navigator before choosing a landside bed. The airline still decides whether it can through-check bags and issue the onward boarding pass.
Choose T1 or T2 based on your onward flight
Terminal 1 Transit Hotel
IIAC's T1 facility record lists the hotel on 4F near Gate 11 in the duty-free area and shows 00:00 to 24:00. Walkerhill directs guests to the escalator opposite Gate 11 on 3F. The 24-hour facility listing does not guarantee a walk-in room or override the time block on a reservation.

Terminal 2 Transit Hotel
IIAC's T2 facility record places the hotel on 4F across from Gate 252 in the duty-free area and shows 00:00 to 24:00. Walkerhill tells guests to take the escalator opposite Gate 251 on 3F. Both descriptions refer to the same hotel in the Gate 251/252 area.

The official location page shows both branches. Walking time depends on your arrival gate, transfer screening, any train legs, mobility needs, and temporary routing.
Concourse and cross-terminal connections
The Concourse has no Transit Hotel branch. It is a secure gate building reached through controlled transfer routes. The airside shuttle train is not the public terminal bus or AREX, and IIAC warns that passengers cannot return after boarding its controlled train legs.
Use the route that matches both ends of the connection:

Standard rooms
Walkerhill publishes the same Standard tariff for both branches:

Tax is included. The T1 Standard page lists a Double with a queen bed or a Twin with two single beds. The T2 Standard page lists a Double with a king bed or a Twin with two single beds.
Published extensions are ₩15,000 for 1 hour, ₩30,000 for 2 hours and ₩45,000 for 3 hours. Four extra hours are charged at the six-hour rate. Confirm that an extension is available before relying on it.

The T1 Family and T2 Family pages publish those tax-inclusive rates, but Walkerhill lists conflicting occupancy limits: four guests on its main page, three on the branch pages, and two in the current day-use selector. The T1 page also lists two different bed configurations.
For three or more guests, ask the branch to include the exact room, bed arrangement, and permitted group size in the confirmation. Do not infer capacity from the tariff name.
Confirm your room total
Use the total on the final reservation form and saved confirmation. If a search card and checkout disagree, contact Walkerhill before submitting the booking.
Day-use and overnight hours
Walkerhill labels day use as 08:00 to 20:00 with a six-hour minimum. Its room pages require a minimum 12-hour booking for check-in after 20:00.
The linked overnight booking engines currently show 19:00 check-in and 07:00 check-out, while Walkerhill's own introduction labels overnight as 20:00 to 08:00. Use the exact times on your reservation confirmation, especially when the inbound or onward flight falls near either boundary. For more than 24 hours, ask the branch instead of treating the longest tariff band as a published maximum.
What the room includes
Current Standard and Family pages for both terminals list an in-room shower, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and air purifier. The listings do not establish a bathtub, a particular toilet layout or an accessible bathroom.
Meals and Matina Lounge admission are not listed as included. The T1 facilities page publishes a 24-hour business center and a fitness room from 07:00 to 21:00 for guests over 17. The T2 facilities page lists a 24-hour business center and 24-hour Air Café snacks and drinks. Treat food, beverages and lounge use as extra unless the exact rate says otherwise.

Baggage and boarding-pass checks
The Transit Hotel cannot release a checked bag in the secure area. Ask the first operating airline where each checked bag will be sent, then check the bag tag before you leave your origin airport. If the tag ends at ICN and you must collect the bag, use a landside sleep plan.
With separate tickets, ask both airlines to confirm each point:
- Will the bag be tagged to the final destination?
- Can the onward boarding pass be issued while you remain airside?
- Does the connection require immigration, baggage claim or a public terminal move?
- Which controlled transfer route reaches the onward gate?
Keep medication, documents, chargers and overnight essentials in your permitted carry-on. Walkerhill does not specify whether it stores large cabin bags, strollers, wheelchairs, pet carriers, or other oversized items. Confirm storage and handling with the branch and airline.
Booking, cancellation and arrival timing
The official reservation entry separates day-use and overnight flows. Before submitting a card, save the branch, date, check-in time, stay length, guest count, room type, total and cancellation terms.
Current day-use forms state that:
- cancellation notice is due at least 48 hours before the reservation time;
- the room is held for two hours from the requested check-in time;
- a credit card guarantees the room but is not charged at booking;
- the same card must be presented at check-in;
- a cancellation penalty may apply, but the form does not publish the amount.
The current official overnight engines for T1 and T2 state free cancellation or modification before 18:00 Korea time on the day before arrival. After that deadline, and for a no-show, they publish a 100% charge. Rate-specific confirmation terms take priority because booking conditions can change.
Set the room block to start after you expect to reach the hotel. Allow time for taxiing, deplaning, walking, transfer screening, any boarding-pass stop, and any train leg. After checkout, leave enough time to recheck the gate and complete the remaining controlled route.
Children, service animals and accessibility
Walkerhill lists children aged 10 or younger as free when sharing with parents. Every child and infant still needs to be included in the room search and confirmed occupancy. No current primary source promises a crib, extra bed, connecting room or infant exception.
The branch pages publish an exception to the no-pets rule for guide dogs assisting visually impaired guests; a booking screen uses broader service-animal wording. Confirm the exact animal, documentation and route with Walkerhill and the airline.
IIAC publishes general mobility-assistance information, but Walkerhill does not publish the measurements or features needed to verify an accessible Transit Hotel room. Ask the branch about the exact step-free route, door clear width, turning space, shower and toilet setup, bed-transfer space, emergency alerts and mobility-equipment storage. Arrange airport or airline assistance separately.
Plan B: no room or no access
Keep a fallback that you can reach within your permitted passenger route. A sold-out T1 room does not make T2 reachable, and a landside capsule room does not help a traveler who cannot enter Korea.
Airside nap zones
IIAC currently lists these facilities as open 24 hours:

IIAC does not publish a current price for these facilities, so do not assume they are free. The directory does not list a general Concourse Nap Zone.
Airside paid showers
IIAC lists 30-minute paid showers from 05:00 to 23:00 with a towel and toiletries at T1 near Gate 25 and Gate 29, and at T2 near Gate 231 and Gate 268. Landside beds
Darakhyu T1 and Darakhyu T2 operate in the public transportation centers: T1 on 1F and T2 on B1. The IIAC facility directory lists both as open 24 hours.
Walkerhill's official T1 booking introduction and T2 booking introduction label day use as 08:00 to 20:00 and overnight as 20:00 to 08:00. Its current T1 and T2 room pages instead publish tariff windows of 06:00 to 20:00 and 20:00 to 06:00, with a three-hour day-use minimum. Use the live booking result and confirmation for the exact time window. Rooms can be sold with or without a private shower; toilets are outside the rooms.
Darakhyu is landside. An international transfer passenger must be able to enter Korea to reach it. Check the Korea Visa Navigator, baggage process and return time first. For a larger room or a passenger ending the trip at ICN, compare hotels near Incheon Airport.

Check before traveling
Confirm the branch, final price, stay block and cancellation terms in your reservation. Keep the hotel's contact details available offline.
- Confirm your flight terminal, through-checked baggage and onward boarding pass with the airline. Ask Walkerhill directly about international-to-domestic or other itineraries requiring immigration.
- Request family occupancy, bedding or accessible-room measurements before paying. Ask about storage for large carry-ons, strollers and mobility equipment, and about service-animal or pet-carrier rules when relevant.
- Allow for transfer screening, walking and construction detours when choosing a usable sleep block.
- If using a nap zone or shower instead, check current capacity, price and last admission on arrival.
