Build the source trail
Official operators and public agencies come before forums, summaries and commercial pages.
Check locally
A human editor confirms the real terminal, route, service point or on-location condition when the claim requires it.
Attach a Plan B
A fallback includes the condition that makes it useful; it is not a decorative callout.
Publish with a date
Verification creates a dated event. A later check adds history instead of silently replacing it.
Editorial states
Published does not always mean current.

- Not public and not available to search.
- Preview
- Structure may be public, but the page is noindex and clearly unverified.
- Published
- The required facts have a source trail, human verifier, checked date and Plan B.
- Review due
- The page stays published with a visible warning while its operational details are checked again.
- Stale
- The practical answer is no longer safe to rely on and must be corrected or withdrawn.
Corrections
Uncertainty stays visible.
If an official source conflicts with local evidence, we state the conflict, use the safer recommendation and seek confirmation. Material corrections belong in a change log.
AI may assist with research organization, drafting and presentation. It does not become the verifier, and synthetic imagery is never presented as documentary evidence.
